They do not constitute a management agreement — if Bebesota accepts your application, the specific terms of our working relationship (compensation, content ownership, exclusivity and so on) will be set out in a separate signed agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old to apply to Bebesota or use this Site's application form. By submitting an application, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you meet this age requirement.
Bebesota Media is a creator-management house offering brand strategy, content planning, growth support, fan management, monetization strategy, privacy-focused support and a dedicated creator platform to accepted creators. The Site itself is a recruitment and informational website; it does not host paid content.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review every application personally, and decisions are made at our discretion. We may request additional information before making a decision, and we're not obligated to explain the reasoning behind any individual decision.
Bebesota does not guarantee any specific income, follower growth, or level of success. Any statistics shown on this Site are either verified figures or clearly marked placeholders — never fabricated — but individual results vary and past performance (ours or any creator's) does not guarantee future results for you.
Ownership and licensing of content you create is governed by your individual management agreement, not by these Terms. We won't make ownership claims here that aren't backed by that agreement.
Participation in AI-assisted content options is optional and requires your explicit consent, given separately as part of onboarding. We do not use a creator's likeness in AI-assisted content without that authorization.
Bebesota helps creators build a presence across platforms including OnlyFans, Fanvue and others. Bebesota is an independent management business and is not owned by, operated by, or officially affiliated with these platforms. Your use of any third-party platform is separately governed by that platform's own terms.
You agree not to use this Site to submit false information, attempt to access areas of the Site not intended for public use, or interfere with the Site's normal operation.
The design, text, and branding of this Site belong to Bebesota Media. The creator platform mockup shown on this Site (the fictional profile "Valentina") is an illustrative example, not a real creator account.
This Site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bebesota is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This section should be reviewed and finalized by counsel along with a governing-law and dispute-resolution clause specific to where the business is legally organized.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
